Office of the Secretary The Secretary of Commerce is hereby authorized to transfer not to exceed $650,000 to the appropriation “Salaries and expenses, Civil Aeronautics Administration”, and not to exceed $190,000 to the appropriation “Salaries and expenses, Weather Bureau”, from the following appropriations to the Department of Commerce: “Export control, Bureau of Foreign Commerce”, fiscal year 1955; “Maritime training, maritime activities”, fiscal year 1955; “State marine schools, maritime activities”, fiscal year 1955; “Ship mortgageforeclosure or forfeiture contingencies, maritime activities”, fiscal year 1955; “Testing and research laboratory, Bureau of Public Roads”; and “Construction of laboratories, National Bureau of Standards”.
