Sec. 113. Elective upon the date of enactment of this Act the basic rate of compensation of the Community Facilities Commissioner of the Housing and Home Finance Agency shall be the same as the basic rate of compensation established for the heads of the constituent agencies of the Housing and Home Finance Agency.
