Sec. 501. Title V of the Housing Act of 1949, as amended, is hereby further amended as follows: (1) In the first sentence of section 511 immediately following the phrase “July 1, 1953” strike out the word “and” and insert at the end of the sentence immediately before the period a comma and the following: “and an additional $100,000,000 on and after July 1, 1955”. (2) In section 512, (A) strike out “and 1954” and insert “1954, and 1955”, and (B) strike out “and $2,000,000” and insert “$2,000,000 and $2,000,000”. (3) In section 513, strike out “and $10,000,000 on July 1 of each of the years 1950, 1951, 1952, 1953, and 1954” and insert “$10,000,000, and $10,000,000 on July 1 of each of the years 1950, 1951, 1952, 1953, 1954, and 1955”.
