Sec. 305. Paragraph “Nineteenth” of section 13 of the Federal Farm Loan Act, as amended, is amended by adding at the end thereof a new sentence as follows: “Such a deferment may lie permitted for other purposes for a period not exceeding five years under regulations prescribed by the Farm Credit Administration.”.
