Sec. 108. (a) Section 33 of the Farm Credit Act of 1933 is amended by striking the words “Chairman of the Board” in the last sentence of said section and substituting in lieu thereof the words “Board of Directors”. (b) Section 34 of the Farm Credit Act of 1933, as amended, is amended by striking the words “Chairman of its Board of Directors” in the first paragraph of said section and substituting in lieu thereof the words “Farm Credit Administration”.
