SEC. 2304. DEFINITIONS. For purposes of this subtitle— (1) New york bight.— The term “New York Bight” means an area comprised of the HudsonRaritan Estuary and waters of the Atlantic Ocean— (A) west of Montauk, Long Island, New York (71 degrees, 50 minutes west longitude); (B) north of Cape May, New Jersey; and (C) extending seaward to the edge of the Continental Shelf. (2) Administrator.— The term “Administrator” means the Administrator of the Environmental Protection Agency.
