Sec. 501. The Lucy Webb Hayes National Training School for Deaconesses and Missionaries is hereby relieved from liability to the 70 Stat. 84 District of Columbia for real estate taxes assessed against it upon land designated as parcel 22/73 in the District of Columbia for the period from July 1, 1953, to December 31, 1954.
