price supports—cotttonseed and soybeans Sec. 601. (a) Title II of the Agricultural Act of 1949, as amended, is amended by adding at the end thereof a new section as follows: “Sec. 203. Whenever the price of either cottonseed or soybeans is supported under this Act, the price of the other shall be supported at 70 Stat. 213 such level as the Secretary determines will cause them to compete on equal terms on the market.” (b) The amendment made by this section shall take effect with the 1956 crop.
