Indian Claims Commission Salaries and expenses: For expenses necessary to carry out the purposes of the Act of August 13, 1946 (25 U. S. C. 70), creating an Indian Claims Commission, $124,600, of which not to exceed $3,975 shall be available for expenses of travel.
