Rama Road, Nicaragua For an additional amount for necessary expenses for the survey and construction of the Rama Road, Nicaragua, in accordance with the provisions of section 5 of the Federal-Aid Highway Act of 1952 (66 Stat. 160), as supplemented by section 8 of the Federal-Aid Highway Act of 1954 (68 Stat. 74), $2,000,000, to remain available until ex-70 Stat. 304pended: Provided, That transfer of funds may be made from this appropriation to the Department of Commerce for the performance of work for which the appropriation is made.
