Advisory Committee on Weather Control Salaries and expenses: The unobligated balance of the appropriation granted under this head for the fiscal year 1956 shall remain available until July 30, 1956, for necessary expenses of the Advisory Committee on Weather Control, established by the Act of August 13, 1953 (67 Stat. 559), including services as authorized by section 15 of the Act of August 2, 1946 (5 U. S. C. 55a).
