RESERVOIR PROJECT OPERATIONS.

SEC. 311. RESERVOIR PROJECT OPERATIONS. (a) Study.—The Secretary shall conduct a study of the operations of reservoir projects which are under the jurisdiction of the Secretary— (1) to identify the purposes for which each such project is authorized; and (2) to identify the purposes for which each such project is being operated. (b) Report.—Not later than 6 months after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Secretary shall transmit to Congress a report on the results of the study conducted under subsection (a).
