appropriations Sec. 513. The appropriations for the Veterans’ Administration under the headings “General Operating Expenses” and “Readjustment Benefits” are hereby made available for expenditures necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act and there is hereby authorized to be appropriated such additional amounts as may be necessary to accomplish the purposes of this Act.
