Reduction in Appropriations The sum of $6,500,000 appropriated under this head in the Public Works Appropriation Act, 1958, for transmission connections with the Mississippi Valley Generating Company is rescinded as of July 1, 1956, and shall be covered into the Treasury as of that date.
