SEC. 410. RAYSTOWN LAKE, PENNSYLVANIA. The Secretary shall submit to Congress for approval any proposed changes in the allocation of storage for the Raystown Lake project, Pennsylvania, which result from the ongoing Raystown Lake reallocation study undertaken by the District Engineer for the Baltimore District. Pending submission to and approval by Congress of the results of the study, the Secretary may not reallocate storage at the project.
