SEC. 115. MAYSVILLE. KENTUCKY. The Secretary is authorized to carry out design for construction of a bridge between Maysville, Kentucky, and the State of Ohio, at a total cost of $2,000,000. The non-Federal share of the cost of such design shall be 50 percent.
