HALF MOON BAY HARBOR.

SEC. 120. HALF MOON BAY HARBOR. (a) Designation.—The harbor commonly known as Half Moon Bay Harbor, located in El Granada, California, shall hereafter be known and designated as “Pillar Point Harbor”. (b) Legal References.—A reference in any law, map, regulation, document, record, or other paper of the United States to the harbor referred to in subsection (a) shall be deemed to be a reference to “Pillar Point Harbor”.
