FUNDS APPROPRIATED TO THE PRESIDENT

FUNDS APPROPRIATED TO THE PRESIDENT President’s Special International Program For expenses necessary to enable the President to carry out the provisions of the “International Cultural Exchange and Trade Fair Participation Act of 1956”, $5,900,000 to remain available until expended: Provided, That the unexpended balances of appropriations for “Emergency fund for international affairs”, granted in the Supplemental Appropriation Act, 1956, and the Supplemental Appropriation Act, 1955, shall be merged with this appropriation: Provided further, That this paragraph shall be effective only upon enactment into law of S. 3116, Eighty-fourth Congress, or similar legislation.
