Sec. 103. (a) The annual rate of basic compensation of each of the offices or positions listed in this subsection shall be $22,500. (1) Director of the Bureau of the Budget. (2) Comptroller General of the United States. (3) Director, Office of Defense Mobilization. (4) Under Secretary of State. (5) Deputy Secretary of Defense. (b) The annual rate of basic compensation of each of the offices or positions listed in this subsection shall be $22,000. (1) Secretary of the Army. (2) Secretary of the Navy. (3) Secretary of the Air Force.
