SEC. 402. STUDY OF THE COUNTING OF THE HOMELESS FOR THE NATIONAL CENSUS. Not later than 1 year after the date of the enactment of this Act, the General Accounting Office shall conduct a study of the methodology and procedures used by the Bureau of the Census in counting the number of homeless persons for the most recent decennial census conducted pursuant to title 13, United States Code, to determine the accuracy of such count, and report to the Congress the results of that study.
