repeals

repeals Sec. 502. The following Acts or parts of Acts are repealed: (1) The Act of December 17, 1919 (10 U. S. C., sec. 903). (2) The second paragraph under “Bureau of Supplies and Accounts” in the Act of June 4, 1920 (34 U. S. C., sec. 943). (3) The Act of March 8, 1928 (10 U. S. C., sec. 903a). (4) The Act of May 12, 1930 (34 U. S. C., sec. 944). (5) The Act of July 15, 1939 (5 U. S. C., secs. 797, 797a). (6) The Act of July 18, 1940 (5 U. S. C., sec. 798). (7) Section 9 of the Act of January 19, 1942 (33 U. S. C., sec. 870). (8) (A) Title 14, United States Code, section 489. (B) The portion of the table of sections at the beginning of chapter 13 of title 14, United States Code, which reads “489. Death gratuity.”. (9) The Servicemen’s Indemnity Act of 1951.
