SEC. 611. STATEWIDE LITERACY INITIATIVE. (a) Reauthorization.—Section 702(c)(1) of the Stewart B. McKinney Homeless Assistance Act (42 U.S.C. 11421(c)(1)) is amended by 104 STAT. 4735inserting after “and 1990” the following: “, $13,700,000 for fiscal year 1991, and such sums as may be necessary in each of the fiscal years 1992 and 1993,”. (b) Application.—Section 702(b) of such Act is amended by striking out “and the number” and all that follows through “to be served”.
