AUTHORIZATION OF APPROPRIATIONS.

SEC. 502. AUTHORIZATION OF APPROPRIATIONS. Section 340(q)(1) of the Public Health Service Act (42 U.S.C. 256(q)(1)) is amended by striking “$61,200,000” and all that follows and inserting the following: “$70,000,000 for fiscal year 1991, $80,000,000 for fiscal year 1992, and such sums as may be necessary for each of the fiscal years 1993 and 1994.”.
