Sec. 105. (a) The first sentence of section 304 (a) of such Act is amended by striking out “1955–1956” and inserting in lieu thereof “1957–1958”. (b) The last sentence of section 304 (a) of such Act is amended by striking out clause (A) and inserting in lieu thereof the following new clause : “(A) are built or under contract as of the date on which the Commissioner set, under section 303, the earliest date on or before which the application for such project is filed, or”.
