SEC. 304. INFLATION ADJUSTMENT ON COLLECTION OF CERTAIN AVIATION FEES. Section 334 of title 49, United States Code, is amended by inserting before the period at the end of the first sentence the following: “, adjusted in proportion to changes in the Consumer Price Index for All Urban Consumers published by the Bureau of Labor Statistics of the Department of Labor between January 1, 1973, and the date the charge is imposed”.
