ELIGIBILITY OF DERMOTT. ARKANSAS, MUNICIPAL AIRPORT.

SEC. 307. ELIGIBILITY OF DERMOTT. ARKANSAS, MUNICIPAL AIRPORT. In the administration of the provisions of the Airport and Airway Improvement Act of 1982, the municipal airport of the city of Dermott, Arkansas, shall not be denied eligibility for assistance under such Act on the basis that such airport is located on leased land, if such lease is for a period of at least 99 years, and if the land so leased consists of at least 25 acres.
