SEC. 107. CORRECTION OF ERRONEOUS PREDICATE OFFENSE REFERENCE UNDER 18 U.S.C. 1956. Section 1956(c)(7)(1) of title 18, United States Code, is amended by striking out “section 310 of the Controlled Substances Act (21 U.S.C. 830) (relating to precursor and essential chemicals)” and inserting in lieu thereof “a felony violation of the Chemical Diversion and Trafficking Act of 1988 (relating to precursor and essential chemicals)”.
