SEC. 1202. CORRECTION OF AN ERROR RELATING TO THE QUANTITY OF METHAMPHETAMINE NECESSARY TO TRIGGER A MANDATORY MINIMUM PENALTY. Section 401(b)(1)(A)(viii) of the Controlled Substances Act (21 U.S.C. 841(b)(1)(A)(viii)) is amended by striking out “or 100 grams or more of a mixture or substance containing a detectable amount of methamphetamine” and inserting in lieu thereof “or 1 kilogram or more of a mixture or substance containing a detectable amount of methamphetamine”.
