SEC. 1206. REPEAL OF ANTIQUATED OFFENSE AND DELETION OF TABLE REFERENCES TO REPEALED OFFENSES. (a) Section 45 of title 18, United States Code, is repealed. (b) The table of sections for chapter 3 of title 18, United States Code, is amended by striking out the items relating to sections 43, 44, and 45.
