SEC. 1210. REPEAL OF PROVISIONS JUDICIALLY DETERMINED TO BE INVALID. (a) Section 1730 of title 18, United States Code, is amended by striking out “, if the portrayal does not tend to discredit that service”. (b) Section 1714 of title 18, United States Code, is repealed and the item for such section in the table of sections at the beginning of chapter 83 of title 18 is repealed. (c) Section 1718 of title 18, United States Code, is repealed and the item for such section in the table of sections at the beginning of chapter 83 of title 18 is likewise repealed.
