SEC. 1402. DEFINITION OF “FINANCIAL TRANSACTION”. Section 1956(c)(4) of title 18, United States Code, is amended by— (1) inserting “(A)” before “a transaction” the first place it appears and inserting “(B)” before “a transaction” the second place it appears; and (2) inserting “(i)” before “involving” the first place it appears and inserting “(ii)” before “involving” the second place it appears.
