SEC. 1906. DEMONSTRATION PROGRAMS REGARDING ANABOLIC STEROIDS. Section 508(b) of the Public Health Service Act (42 U.S.C. 290aa–6(b)) is amended— (1) in paragraph (10)(B), by striking “and” after the semicolon at the end; (2) in paragraph (11)(B), by striking the period at the end and inserting and”; and (3) by adding at the end the following new paragraph: “(12) develop and support innovative demonstration programs designed to identify and deter the improper use or abuse of anabolic steroids by students, especially students in secondary schools.”.
