SEC. 1508. IDENTIFICATION OF FEDERALLY ASSISTED PROGRAMS. Part G of the Drug-Free Schools and Communities Act of 1986 (20 U.S.C. 3231 et seq.) is amended by adding at the end the following: “SEC. 5193. IDENTIFICATION OF FEDERALLY ASSISTED PROGRAMS. “Every local recipient of funds under this title shall, in any publication or public announcement, clearly identify any program assisted under this title as a Federal program funded under the Drug-Free Schools and Communities Act of 1986.”.
