SEC. 2301. CHEMICAL DIVERSION AND TRAFFICKING. (a) New Listed Precursor Chemicals.— Section 102(34) of the Controlled Substances Act (21 U.S.C. 802(34)) is amended by adding at the end the following: “(M) Methylamine. “(N) Ethylamine. “(O) Dlysergic acid. “(P) Propionic anhydride. “(Q) Insosafrole. “(R) Safrole. “(S) Piperonal. “(T) NMethylepherdrine. “(U) Nethylephedrine. “(V) Nmethylpseudoephedrine. “(W) Nethylpseudoephedrine. “(X) Hydriotic acid. “(Y) Any salt, optical isomer, or salt of an optical isomer of the chemicals listed in subparagraphs (M) through (X) of this paragraph.”. (b) Conforming Repeal.— Section 102(35) of the Controlled Substances Act (21 U.S.C. 802(35)) is amended by striking subparagraph (E).
