operating expenses, transportation and public utilities service For an additional amount for “Operating expenses, Transportation and Public Utilities Service”, including services as authorized by section 15 of the Act of August 2, 1946 (5 U. S. C. 55a), at rates not to exceed $75 per diem for individuals, $75,000; and the limitation under this head in the Independent Offices Appropriation Act, 1958, on the amount available for expenses of travel, is increased from “$27,500” to “$39,500”.
