SEC. 2801. BASE ALLOCATION FOR DRUG ENFORCEMENT GRANTS AND IMPROVING THE EFFECTIVENESS OF COURT PROCESS. Base Allocation for Drug Enforcement Grant.—Paragraph (5) of section 1001(a) of part J of title I of the Omnibus Crime Control and Safe Streets Act of 1968 is amended to read as follows: “(5) There are authorized to be appropriated $900,000,000 for fiscal year 1991 and such sums as may be necessary for fiscal year 1992 to carry out the programs under parts D and E of this title.”.
