Bureau of Reclamation For an additional amount for the “Upper Colorado River Basin Fund” for the Glen Canyon project, $10,000,000; and for the Trinity River Division of the Central Valley Project, $10,000,000. The unobligated balance of the $1,800,000 previously appropriated for the Navajo Unit and the unobligated balance of the $6,100,000 previously appropriated for the Flaming Gorge unit of the Upper Colorado Storage Basin are to be used to initiate construction on these units in the current fiscal year: Provided, That the funds appropriated in this paragraph for the Trinity River Division of the Central Valley project shall be transferred to the appropriation entitled “Construction and Rehabilitation, Bureau of Reclamation”.
