Salaries and Expenses For necessary expenses, including contract stenographic reporting services, $1,481,000: Provided, That travel expenses of the judges shall be paid upon the written certificate of the judge. This Act may be cited as the “Treasury-Post Office Appropriation Act, 1959”.
