domestic airmail Sec. 203. Section 201 of the Postal Rate Revision and Federal Employees Salary Act of 1948 (62 Stat. 1261; 39 U. S. C. 463a) is amended— (1) by striking out “6 cents” in the first sentence and inserting in lieu thereof “7 cents”; and (2) by striking out “4 cents” in the second sentence and inserting in lieu thereof “5 cents”.
