SEC. 2548. REPORT ON COURT BUSINESS IMPACT OF SAVINGS AND LOAN CRISIS. Section 604(a) of title 28, United States Code, is amended by adding at the end the following new paragraph: “(24) Lay before Congress, annually, statistical tables that will accurately reflect the business imposed on the Federal courts by the savings and loan crisis.”.
