Sec. 702. No part of any appropriation contained in this Act shall be used to pay any expenses incident to or in connection with participation in the International Materials Conference. This Act may be cited as the “Departments of State and Justice, the Judiciary, and Related Agencies Appropriation Act, 1958”.
