President’s Special International Program For expenses necessary to enable the President to carry out the provisions of the “International Cultural Exchange and Trade Fair Participation Act of 1956”, $12,400,000, of which $6,500,000 shall be available for the Universal and International Exhibition of Brussels, 1958, to remain available until expended: Provided, That not to exceed a total of $25,000 may be expended for representation.
