(a) No pension shall be paid under this subpart to any widow without child, or to or on account of any child whose annual income exceeds $1,400, or to a widow (with a child) whose annual income exceeds $2,700. (b) Where pension is not payable to a widow because of this section, payments to children shall he made as though there were no widow.
