Gallaudet College salaries and expenses For the partial support of Gallaudet College, including personal services and miscellaneous expenses, and repairs and improvements, as authorized by the Act of June 18, 1954 (Public Law 420), $815,000: Provided, That Gallaudet College shall be paid by the District of Columbia, in advance at the beginning of each quarter, at the rate of $1,295 per school year for each student attending and receiving instruction in elementary or secondary education pursuant to the Act of March 1, 1901 (31 D. C. Code 1008). construction For the preparation of plans and specifications for construction and equipment of buildings and facilities on the grounds of Gallaudet College, as authorized by the Act of June 18, 1954 (Public Law 420), under the supervision of the General Services Administration, $123,000, to remain available until June 30, 1960, as follows: For an auditorium; a classroom and dormitory building, Kendall School; green-72 Stat. 463houses; athletic fields and stands; maintenance building; maintenance personnel apartments; and alterations, installations, equipment, roads, walks, and grading.
