Sec. 208. Any appropriation available for the pay and allowances of commissioned officers of the Public Health Service may be utilized for the payment of claims as authorized by the Act of September 2, 1957 (71 Stat. 575). 72 Stat. 474 This title may be cited as the “Department of Health, Education, and Welfare Appropriation Act, 1959”.
