Capital Outlay public building construction For an additional amount for “Capital outlay, public building construction”, to cover the increased estimated cost of the Anacostia Senior High School addition, to remain available until expended, $390,(XX), of which $15,000 shall be available for construction services by the Director of the Department of Buildings and Grounds.
