Sec. 310. The last paragraph under the heading “research and development command” in title III of Public Law 161, Eighty-fourth Congress (69 Stat. 342), is amended to read as follows: “Various Locations: Research, development, and operational facilities (including not more than $357,000 for an off-base roadway approximately ten miles in length in the vicinity of the north boundary of Cape Canaveral—an auxiliary to Patrick Air Force Base) $20,000,000.” The amendment made by this section is effective from March 1, 1956.
