Sec. 701. (a) The first paragraph of section 217 of title 18, United States Code, is amended by inserting after “farm credit examiner,” the following: “or of any small business investment company,”. (b) Section 218 of such title is amended by inserting after “National Agricultural Credit Corporations,” the following: “or an examiner of small business investment companies,”.
