Other Airports

Other Airports Sec. 309. In order to assure conformity to plans and policies for, and allocations of, airspace by the Administrator under section 307 of this Act, no airport or landing area not involving expenditure of Federal funds shall be established, or constructed, or any runway layout substantially altered unless reasonable prior notice thereof is given the Administrator, pursuant to regulations prescribed by him, so that he may advise as to the effects of such construction on the use of airspace by aircraft.
