Amendments to Act Relating to Purchase and Manufacture of Materials and Supplies Sec. 1407. The Act. of March 4, 1915, as amended (31 U. S. C. 686), is further amended by striking the phrase “Civil Aeronautics Administration” and inserting in lieu thereof the phrase “Federal Aviation Agency”.
